General Shipping Rules:

1. To ensure the freshness of our products, we do not stock items in bulk. Therefore, once an order is placed, we will ship the product within 2-3 working days, depending on its availability.
2. Orders placed before 5:00 pm will be processed for dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
3. During festival months, there might be delays in dispatch and delivery due to various reasons such as stock shortages and overloaded shipments.
4. It is important to provide accurate shipping details during the checkout process. Any delays or issues with delivery resulting from incorrect details will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tracking and Delivery:

1. Customers can track their orders on the courier company's website using the provided tracking number.
2. The timing and days of delivery will be subject to the policies of the courier company.
3. For damaged food items or any other issues caused by incorrect handling by the courier company, please promptly send details and photographs to our Customer Service email at annalakshmi_chennai@yahoo.co.in. We will review the information and make a decision regarding refund or replacement.
4. We guarantee that food items will be shipped well within their expiry dates. If a delay in shipment results in the items becoming old or in bad condition, we can process a refund or reorder according to the customer's preference. No claims can be made for a refund for any other reasons.

Address Changes:

1. Requests to change addresses can only be accommodated via email or telephone until the product/products have not been dispatched.
2. Once the shipment has commenced, the delivery address cannot be changed or canceled.
3. Please carefully review the address provided in the order confirmation email sent to your registered email address. If you notice any discrepancies in the delivery address details, contact us immediately.

Shipping Costs:

1. The shipping cost is INR 50 per kilogram for Tamil Nadu and INR 70 per kilogram for Kerala and Bangalore.
2. Orders above INR 3000 will be eligible for free shipping.

Cash on Delivery: Currently, cash on delivery (COD) is unavailable.
